Whichever door you enter through, this is the plan behind it.

  • Hosting for everything we build, on infrastructure we run and monitor
  • Software licensing for the tools your workflows run on, covered by the plan
  • Maintenance and fixes on every workflow already live, for as long as you're a partner
  • Business-hours WhatsApp support with a 4 hour response commitment
  • A monthly value report: enquiries answered, bookings made, invoices chased, rands recovered
Onboarding is the once-off install you chose above; there is no separate onboarding fee. It covers the discovery session, account and tooling setup, the done-for-you first data load, your workflow roadmap, and a signed data processing agreement.

Extra workflow, same month

R6,500 each. When one build a month isn't fast enough, add more at a flat rate.

Credit rollover

Skip a month and your build credit rolls over. Maximum one month banked, so momentum never stalls.

Term

3 month minimum, then month to month. Debit order in advance. No long contracts, no lock-in.

Annual prepay

Pay the year upfront and get 2 months free.

The one exception

Solo practitioners on the WhatsApp Front Desk run on a Starter plan: R5,000 once-off, then R2,500 a month. Same agent, sized for one diary. Every other door leads to the Partner Plan.

Bigger builds

Voice agents, multi-agent systems, and 3+ integration builds are quoted separately or covered by 2 to 3 monthly credits. Partner Plan clients only.
