No VAT is added; Foundry is not VAT registered. Accounts in your name (hosting, messaging, workspace) are paid by you directly at cost and are not marked up.
The tool is registered to your business: your server or database, your Google Workspace, a WhatsApp Business account in your name. You hold every login from day one. If you never speak to us again after handover, it keeps running. The Care plan is there if you want a person on call. It is not there because the tool needs it to stay switched on.
There is no scope fee. The 20-minute call is free. We tell you what we would build and what it would cost, and you pay only if you go ahead with the build.
You choose. Carry on with the runbook and your own people, or take the Care plan at R1,500 a month. Either way the tool keeps running.
Yes, with one month’s notice. Nothing is switched off when you leave, because everything is registered to your business.
You do, directly, at cost. A small server, a workspace seat, WhatsApp message fees. We set them up in your name and we do not mark them up.

We run it for you. R7,500 to start, then R8,500 a month. Each month we build the next job on your list and look after everything already built. Nothing to learn, nothing to maintain.
